It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the closing of Jump Giants Thurrock, effective Thursday 2nd November 2023. We recognise the impact this decision has on our Jump Giants family and want to share the reasons behind it, as well as what you can expect moving forward.
Jump Giants Thurrock has been a source of unforgettable moments for our loyal jumpers. We've proudly served our community for years, however, recent challenges have made it increasingly difficult to continue operations to the high standard we set ourselves.
One of the primary factors leading to this decision is the substantial increase in our facility's rent. Despite our best efforts to secure more favourable terms, these escalating costs have become a financial hurdle, prompting us to reassess our ability to maintain our trampoline and air park in Thurrock. In addition to this, the COVID-19 pandemic presented further challenges with new health and safety measures, reduced capacity, and ongoing uncertainty which continue to make it difficult to deliver the experience our customers deserve.
We understand that this announcement may be disheartening to our fans, and we genuinely regret any inconvenience this may cause. However, we are dedicated to making this transition as seamless as possible for everyone involved:
Ticket Refunds: Everyone who purchased tickets for sessions or parties beyond our closing date will receive full refunds. Our team will expedite these refunds, and you will receive confirmation once the process is complete.
Jump Local: While Jump Giants Thurrock will no longer be in play, we encourage you to continue enjoying the adrenaline rush at nearby facilities such as BaseJump [26a Brook Road, Rayleigh] and Jump Evolution [Spilsby Rd, Harold Hill, Romford RM3 8SB]. These venues offer a great experience and are excited to welcome you.
