How old do you have to be to jump?
The minimum age to bounce is 3 years old. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult guardian. We run Little Giant sessions for younger jumpers, these sessions are designed for juniors able to walk through to 5 years old. See our Junior Giants page for further details.
Do I need to book in advance?
There are limited spaces per hour so we recommend customers book ahead to avoid disappointment. Weekends and school holidays are very popular and you may need to book a couple of weeks in advance. Click BOOK NOW to check for availability and to make a booking.
Must I sign a waiver?
Yes. Everyone who jumps is required to sign a waiver.
Do I have to complete a waiver every time I come to bounce?
No. Once a Jump Giants waiver has been completed it lasts for 12 months.
Can someone else’s parent complete a waiver for me?
Yes. The parent or guardian making the booking will be responsible for completing all waivers for those jumping under the age of 16.
Can my children come and bounce without a parent or guardian?
Anyone 12 years or over may come to jump without a parent or guardian. You will still require a waiver completed by a parent or guardian if under the age of 16.
I don’t have a credit/debit card. Can I pay when I get there?
Online bookings need to be paid for at the time of booking. If you are not able to do this online you can pay at reception upon arrival, but please be aware we cannot guarantee spaces will be available and you may have a long wait for the next session.
Is my booking refundable or transferable?
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable if it is within 7 days of the event date.
When do I need to arrive?
All jumpers must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the session start time and allow time for parking, especially at busy times this may have to be off estate due to our limited parking on site. We recommend car sharing or public transport where possible.
What happens if I am late?
You will lose your jump slot. If we are not busy then you may be able to join in with what remains of your session.
Will I be told what to do?
All jumpers will receive a briefing about the rules of the park. Briefings start 15 minutes before your jump time. If you miss a briefing you will need to wait for the next briefing, which is held on the hour. This will reduce your jump time by approximately 10 minutes. You must attend a briefing every time you visit Jump Giants.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes such as shorts or tracksuits. No sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are allowed on trampolines. All loose jewellery will need to be removed. You must also wear our special grip socks that can be purchased for £3 and are yours to keep!
How long can I bounce for?
Each of our sessions lasts for an hour. You are able to book double sessions.
Can I get to Jump Giants using public transport?

What happens if I lose my socks?
You will need to purchase extra socks for £3 at the reception.
Do you have lockers?
Yes, these are £1.00 per session and are available for valuables, clothing, and phones etc. Your property is left in these lockers entirely at your own risk.
Can I bring my own food?
No, due to our health and safety policy no outside catering is allowed in our parks. Snacks and drinks are available from our Café and vending machines and only food or drinks purchased from us may be consumed on the premises.
Do you have parking?
Yes, our parks have free parking for approximately 100 cars. We would always recommend car sharing or the use of public transport to help ease the demand for parking spaces. Please be aware that our Parks are situated on industrial estates and we advise that you walk on the pavements and be aware that large vehicles move in and out of the area. Please park considerately and avoid blocking other businesses access.
When is your peak time?
Our peak times are all weekends. School and Public Holidays are also peak time.
I don’t want to bounce, is there somewhere I can wait for my children?
We have a spectator area with a cafe. You can watch your children safely from here.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Is there a weight limit to use the trampolines?
Yes, the current weight limit is 18 stone (114.3 Kg)
Can I leave a review?
Yes, we always welcome and value customer feedback.
How can I report a problem?
We are committed to providing you with the highest standard of service but if something does go wrong in the first instance ask to speak to the senior on duty at the park and see if it can be resolved. If you cannot resolve the problem on site, then you may write to us at email@example.com providing details of the problem and if possible supply the name of the person on site that you spoke to. Please note you must notify us within 7 days of the booking otherwise we will be unable to investigate for you. We aim to respond to all written notifications after our investigation, usually within 20 days of receipt.
I've left something behind do you have a lost property dept?
If we are handed an item that appears valuable, but contains no way of identifying the owner, it will be recorded in the parks own found property database. If you have lost such an item you can ring us on 08444 141141 to enquire whether we have it. You will have to prove ownership of any item we do have in our system. It sometimes takes some time for property to be handed in to us especially if it was lost in a foam pit. Please be aware that we can only keep recorded found property for 28 days and then it will be either disposed of or given to charity.
Discounts and Promotional Codes
From time to time we run promotional codes and discount cards through various media and these codes/cards cannot be used in conjunction with any product that is already discounted or where the product or package itself is a promotional product. All promotional and discount codes/cards will only be applicable to standard, normally priced products and packages. If using a discount code or card for a standard product where a second hour is offered at a discounted price the discount will not be applied unless you book the single hour product by itself and subject to availability any discounted second hour can be bought on site separately or by calling our sales team on 08444 141 141.
At Jump Giants, we like to cater for EVERYONE’s dietary requirements. For our party packages, we offer at an additional cost, gluten-free or vegan pizzas from our suppliers, as well as vegetarian hot dogs. Please make sure to book these in advance with the head office team.
